Q. How long does it take for my product to ship out?
A. If your item is not a pre-order, it leaves the warehouse between 1-2 business days.
Q. How long does it take for the product to get to my door?
A. The average shipping time for most products is between 3-8 business days anywhere in the lower 48 States. (Unless you order one of our “pre-order” products. In this instance, your pre-order would ship as soon as the unit arrives back in stock in our warehouse.)
Q. Can I pay for expedited or overnight shipping?
A. We do not offer expedited shipping because the cost is typically greater than the cost of the product itself. (EXAMPLE: Two-day/overnight shipping is usually several hundred dollars compared to the regular ground service which is included in your purchase on our site.)
Q. Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
A. We only ship to the lower 48 States via ground service. We ask that our products not be taken outside of the U.S. for warranty purposes.
Q. Can I purchase a spare battery so my child can have longer play time?
A. Yes. However, the battery can only be charged through the vehicle’s charging port. It takes roughly about 15 minutes to remove the battery in most vehicles, because they are mounted in the vehicle. With that said, we offer “replacement batteries” if the battery was to ever go bad. We can also direct you to a link to purchase a battery at a discounted price.
Q. Can I change the plastic tires out for rubber ones?
A. Unfortunately, what is listed on our website is how the vehicle will come in the box. The vehicles that come with plastic wheels do have rubber traction strips and perform equal to the EVA rubber tires.
Q. Can I purchase parts from this company if my car was purchased elsewhere?
A. Unfortunately you cannot, we carry warrantied parts for our customers only. Our vehicles are made with upgraded motors, tires, and electronic components. For this reason, our replacement parts are not compatible with any vehicles that were purchased anywhere other than this website.
