Keep in mind minor adjustments to brakes and tightening bolts need to be done by user on regular basis, adjustments are simple and similar to a bicycle.

60-Day Limited Warranty through manufacturer. (Item is shipped directly from manufacturer, all warranty claims are handled with manufacturer directly.) This is a heavy toy, minor blemishes or rub marks on the body are normal due to the shipping process. Major shipping damage must be reported immediately or will be assumed as user damage.

Had a wheel center break loose and Customer service was good with a short wait on phone.After getting it had to adjust the breaks, roll bar was tough to install. but Runs good for the price i would buy again
