FedEx mistake...
So this isnt really Big Toys' fault, but FedEx damaged my package. My truck arrived with a bent axle, but Big Toys replaced it for me covered by the shipping warranty. I appreciate finding a company who stands behind their products and keeps parts in stock.

Awesome gift
Bought this for my grandsons 4th birthday. He loved it and older brothers wanted to ride in it also and were disappointed when they weren’t allowed to do so. Doors are a little difficult to open so he stands up to get out of it, but he grabs hold of the windshield and back lights area to do so. Windshield is not secured enough to be a support for getting in and out of the car. Definitely more value for the price than what is found at chain stores.

Awesome Head Turning Truck!
This is a head Turner. We took it to the park for his birthday and all the kids wanted a turn and the parents loved that there was a remote. We have only had it for 2 days but it's pretty cool. There are a few things that would make it better: the right wheel has a bit of a gap in the pin and the washer. I'm planning on getting a bushing to space the gap. Not to big of a deal just the wheel slides lightly when turning. Not enough to make it unmanageable but enough to notice. The remote seems to have a little bit of issues at times, like it has a weak signal or something because it will be going full speed and then slow down or stop. It happens usually after driving it for about 15-30 minutes straight. I do like the different speeds makes going up hills pretty easy and fun. Also the parking brake button is a life saver, it works as an essential kill switch to the electric motor, disabling it from driving. All and all it's a great value for the price. You could spend more on cars with less features.
